What would be the Perspective of the World on one Nation ? China's Responsible for Million's of Death.

2020! The start of a new Decade, a supposedly to be 'HappyNewYear', which turned out to a curse for millions of people across the globe due to a deadly virus invented on Chinese soil. According to China, it was a normall flu like virus in the initial days though it had taken the lives of a Ample number of people in the Wuhan province of China, all they were telling the world was that it's a normall flu which is transmitted from bats to human in the Seafood Market of Huanan in Wuhan and that now it is completely Shutdown and under strict Lockdown scenerio to conserve it's spread, they assured that everything is under control.

The respective leaders of the world like USA, India and Russia informed China about a new immensely dangerous diseases way before it had gotten it's grip all over the world and that it would cost the world it's peace and blood if not treated accordingly. According to the latest news and sources it is confirmed that China threatened it's first whistleblower, Dr Li Wenliang, an Ophthalmologist who informed the Chinese Goverment of a Pandemic level disease which may cause the World Health Infrastructure to get down on it's knees and face the worst human error in the history of mankind. China did not get serious over the issue and denied all the essential steps/measurses to avoid it from spreading all over the world untill WHO Declared it a Pandemic on 11th March, 2020.

Dr. Li Wenliang told the the Chinese Officials that a new species of SARS ( i.e, South Asian Respiratory Syndrome ) has been observed in a patient through immense medical testing & scrutiny. On February 7th, Dr Li Wenliang died due to the virus itself, the Chinese Authorities reported. Even WHO conveyed it's condolence through twitter by writting, 'deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Li Wenliang and we all need to celebrate the work that he did on #2019nCOV. Just after the death of the first whistleblower the internet was in despair and the hashtag #wewantfreedomofspeech followed through the internet. The Chinese Media was terrified but soon the virus took all the attention and the world was fighting a battle against an invisible enemy. 

On the other hand, Beijing the Capital city of China was among the least affected by the pandemic and its causes, the economy was running and travell restrictions were not imposed, Shanghai had the same tourism for weeks until it imposed temporary bans on flying to and from certain countries.

Unlike IndianDemocracy, the Communist Party of China imposes all sorts of Policies and Regulations whether favourable or unfavourable for their citizens as it is seen by their Administrative proceedings. The worst hit Nations such as Italy , USA , Germany and Spain ask for a question, Why didn't China informed when it was time and things could have been atleast contained to a point where it could have stoped it from becoming a Pandemic ?
